Every employee working on board of a vessel listed with the Honduras Flag is required to have both a Full Caption Honduras Certificate of Competency (CoC) or a Certificate of Endorsement (known as CoE, CRA, CDC) for a CoC issued by another Flag-State, and a Honduras Seaman Discharge Book. This also covers all grades and other workers like support staff. At the Consulate we can help you or your seafarers taking the Full Term CoC or a CoE, concurrently with the Seaman Discharge Book.
